The Week: Crutcher went 5 for 5 at the plate in two games for the Cougars. She went 2 for 2 with two home runs, three RBIs and two walks in a 11-5 loss to Atwater. She went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 runs and an RBI in GV's 9-4 win over Turlock.

Events: High Jump and Triple Jump
The Week: Sykes was a double winner at the first Central California Conference Center Meet in Turlock. Sykes won the high jump with a leap of 6 feet, 2 inches. He added a win in the triple jump with a mark of 41-8.
